Wrestling For Mixed Martial Arts

If you are an MMA fighter looking for a traditional wrestling club to improve your ground fighting skills then you will find what you are looking for with our club. Our experienced coaches will be able to teach you the art of freestyle wrestling during a club session. The lesson will include fitness training, situation wrestling and freestyle wrestling practice carried out in a supervised safe environment.
